New and unworn/unused items purchased online are eligible for a full refund, exchange or store credit under certain terms. Ponponia must be notified within 30 days of the delivery date of any issues regarding the order. All original tags must be attached and items must be unused and unworn. Return shipping costs will be reimbursed by Ponponia upon presenting postage receipt with in a period of 60 days from purchase. We will not take responsibility for items sent back to us without prior notification.
Refunds will be made where eligible be it in store credit or money back refund. If you choose the money back option it will be provided in the same way originally paid (credit card / paypal / money transfer)
With regards to item exchange for sizing reasons, we urge you to consult our sizing charts and of course contact us with any questions or concerns. Ponponia will not cover the cost of return shipping on exchanges for sizing reasons unless the wrong size sent was due to our mistake. If you should decide to exchange an item due to sizing issues please notify us prior to sending so we’re made aware and can expect your delivery.
Exchanges will not be available for pre-sale items once order is finalized. You may contact us upon placing the order if you wish to amend the ordered size or color (based on availability alone). We will not accept exchanges and returns unless the item has been damaged before or during delivery or where there has been some other mistake on Ponponia’s part.
Please note: Actual colors may vary from the colors portrayed on your screen due to resolution differences on each device. We try to produce photos that present the items as life-like as possible but slight variations may still occure.
